Toronto based, Ethiopian origin Canadian artist, Abel Tesfaye (The Weeknd), has won People’s Choice Award on Wednesday . He won Favorite R&B Artist.
The Weeknd is one of the Canadian top winners including Justin Bieber who received people’s Nods for the best song for his song, What Do You Mean? Canadaian singer Shawn Mendes won the award for Favorite Breakout Artist.
