The prominent Ethiopian Historian and writter , Professor Fikre Tolossa announced the release of his new book , Promise Fulfilled .
በ ታዋቂው ኢትዮጵያዊ የ ታሪክ ምሁር እና ደራሲ ፕሮፌሰር ፍቅሬ ቶሎሳ የተደረሰው ባለ 559 ገጽ ተራኪ፣ የእንግሊዝኛ ግጥማዊ ተውኔት መጽሃፍ ገበያ ላይ ውሏል ፥፥ ”ፕሮሚስ ፉልፊልድ” የተሰኘው መጽሃፍ የ ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስን የህይወት ጉዞ እና ኣስተምህሮቱን ይዳስሳል:: ፕሮፌሰር ፍቅሬ ቶሎሳ በ ማህበራዊ ሚዲያ ገጻቸው ላይ እንዳሰፈሩት ይህ መፅሃፍ ኣስር ኣመታትን ፈጅቶባቸዋል”
” ግጥሙ የተደረሰው ከዐለም ታላላቅ ገጣምያን በሶስቱ በእነ ዳንቴ፣ ጎተ፣ እና ጆን ሚልተን የአገጣጠም ስልት እና አካሄድ ነው። ሆኖም ይዘቱ ከእነሱ ፍጹም የተለየ የራሴ ወሪጅናሌ ነው።ግጥሙ የሚተርከው ስለ እየሱስ ክርስቶስ ከልደቱ እስከ እርገቱ በእስራኤል፣ በግብጽ የኢትዮጵያውያን መንደር እስከ ስድስት ዓመቱ፣ በኢትዮጵያ በራስዋ ከ 22 1/2 እድሜው እስከ 25 1/2 ለ 3 1/2 ዓመታት ስላሳለፈው ህይወቱ እና አስተምህሮው ነው።መጽሀፉ የኢትዮጵያን ስም በጥሩ ያስጠራል ብዬ አስባለሁ።”ሲሉ ኣስፈረዋል

Professor Fikre stated on his social media that the dramatic epic book was written in rhyming verse in the tradition of the world’s greatest poets such as Dante, Goethe and Milton is now available on Barnes and Nobles, Ingram and Amazon. “It is about the life and teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ from his birth up to his victorious ascension to heaven, as well as his childhood among Ethiopians in the Amara town of Egypt called Amarna, and in Ethiopia proper where he taught and performed miracles for 3 1/2 years.” wrote Fikre on his facebook page .

Professor Fikre wrote several books and academic literature among which are the two books called “The Hidden and Untold History of the Jewish People and Ethiopians” and “Heaven to Eden” .

Composed, published and performed over 60 books, plays, screenplays and articles. Two of his masterpieces and contribution to world literature are his plays in prose and rhyming verse in the tradition of the world’s best poets such as William Shakespeare, Dante, Goethe and John Milton. They are entitled, The Coffin-dealer and The Gravedigger, as well as Heaven To Eden.
Professor Fikre Tolossa has made a feature film, plays the Kirar and has composed and sang over 200 original songs with his own lyrics. He produced and anchored the first Amharic TV network outside Ethiopia and aired it in California, Atlanta, Washington DC and Seattle Washington , as far back as 1990.
