A man from Thornhill Canada Wins Lottery for the Third Time—$100K Encore Prize!

Vincent Charlemagne, a resident of Thornhill Canada , is living proof that lightning can strike the same place more than once—at least in the lottery world. He’s just won $100,000 from the Encore numbers in a recent Lotto Max draw, marking his third major win in 11 years!

Charlemagne’s lucky ticket was bought at a convenience store on Jane Street. “I went to the store and used the ticket checker to see the outcome of my tickets. When I saw the ‘big winner’ message on the screen, I was so excited to discover I had won again!” he said while collecting his prize at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto.

This isn’t the first time Charlemagne has hit the jackpot. Back in 2013, he won an eye-popping $30 million with Lotto Max. Fast forward eight years, and he snagged a cool $1 million in a Maxmillions draw. Now, with his latest win, it seems he’s got the golden touch when it comes to lottery tickets.

Originally from St. Lucia, Charlemagne shared the news of his win with his son, who was both shocked and thrilled. “He couldn’t believe it either but was quick to congratulate me,” Charlemagne said with a smile.

As for his plans? He’s keeping it simple. “I’m happy and comfortable,” he shared. “I definitely won’t be working anymore.”

Congratulations to Vincent Charlemagne on his incredible streak of good fortune! Who knows? Maybe a fourth win is just around the corner.
