Teshome Woldeamanuel, the publisher of Ethiopian -Canadian newspaper, TZTA,received the award from National Ethnic Press Media Council
At a ceremony held last week at queens park, mr. Teshome was recognized for his long term publishing service and his contribution towards fostering tolerance .
He received his certificate and medal from the Governor General of Ontario Honourable Elizabeth Dowdeswell.
“This award will make me even work harder and is a reminder fir my long journey ” Teshome told Ethiofidel.com
Teshome has been publishing TZTA newspaper for the last 25 years in Canada and distribute worldwide.
