Ontario reports a record high of 1,855 cases of COVID-19 on Friday. The provincial nunber of new Covid 19 cases showed a spike today at the same time when Ontario processed the highest number of tests . There were 58,000 tests processed .

CBC reported that there were 20 more deaths linked to COVID-19.
The premier of Ontario, Doug Ford asked the federal government to give clear direction as to when Ontario will receive the vaccine.
Toronto city officials also warned that all neighborhoods are being hit hard by the virus.
