Ethiopia’s former President Girma w/Giorgis passes away at 95

A long time public servant and a two term president foe Ethiopia, Girma passed away on the hospital at the age of 95 . Accordong to News reports from Ethiopia, preparetions were underway to celebrate his 95th borth day . The late president qas alsp planning to launch his new book .
His 12 years of public services in the army aviation parliament and non profit made him one of the public service champions in Ethiopia.
Prime minister of Ethiopia Abiy Ahmed expressed his condolences to the late president’s family and announced the plan for a state funeral .
Girma is survived by 5 children.
