Cuso International released its 2018-2019 Annual Report.
CUSO indicated in the report that it had reached and impacted more than 4.5 million women, children, youth and men in 21 countries.
Through Cuso ‘s programs, hundreds of volunteers shared their skills and their time to help partners build brighter futures.
The organization benefited 3.1 million people in four African countries through Midwives Save Lives project.
Cuso international also assisted a grassroots movement in Laos, where 4,500 Indigenous women and their families benefitted from resilient-agriculture training that maintains their traditional culture.
Im addition, Cuso reached more than 11,000 people, 66% of them women, seeking inclusive employment in Colombia.
It is also noted in the report Cuso International expanded the Canadian Program in four regions in the Northwest Territories, where volunteers support Northern Distance Learning.
