የቶሮንቶ ት/ት ቦርድ በሙሉ ድምፅ በሰጠው ውሳኔ ከ መጭው ሰፕተምበር ጀምሮ ፓድ እና ታምፓን ለተማሪዎች በነፃ ይሰጣል ::
የ ት/ት ቦርዱ ሀላፊ በርካታ ተማሪዎች የ ወር አበባ ንፅህና መጠበቂያ ለመግዛት አቅም ከማጣት የተነሳ ከ ት/ ቤት ይቀራሉ ብለዋል።
